Designed for the dedicated athlete, the Lady Wranglers is a premier Winter hockey program (September – March) committed to taking your game to the highest level. We don't just play games; we build the complete, well-rounded, student-athlete.
360-Degree Player Development
We believe true growth happens through focused, purposeful training. Our athletes receive 3 hours of dedicated development every week, ensuring they improve physically, technically, and tactically.
- On-Ice Practices: High-tempo, skill-focused sessions designed to translate to game-time success.
- Hockey Development Center (HDC): Specialized off-ice skill refinement utilizing state-of-the-art training tools.
- Team Workouts: Strength and conditioning programming tailored specifically for the female hockey player.
Elevate Your Trajectory: The RELM Academy
For the hyper-dedicated student-athlete (Grades 6-12), we offer the optional RELM Academy. This program is expertly designed to integrate college-prep academics with elite, high-volume athletic training.
Academy athletes receive unparalleled development, including an additional 4 hours of weekly ice time, alongside daily guided workouts and specialized skatemill sessions. It is the ultimate environment for players aggressively pursuing the NCAA or USports pathway.
Elite Exposure & Competition Schedule
A 35+ game season, we bypass standard local play to compete where the scouts are. The Lady Wranglers play in the prestigious NAPHL, traveling to major hockey hotbeds including Toronto, Cornwall, Ottawa, Montreal, and Utica, NY.
Additionally, our program earns exclusive invitations to premier events, such as the University of Toronto Showcase in December, where we face off against top-tier prep-hockey programs and Female Super League teams from out West.
A Home Away From Home: Our Billeting Program
We attract top talent from across the globe. For our athletes far away from home, the Lady Wranglers offer a comprehensive billeting program. We meticulously pair players with vetted host families based on personality, preferences, and lifestyle compatibility, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment so your athlete can focus on her development.

To reach the next level, you need mentors who know the way. The Lady Wranglers are proudly led entirely by highly experienced, female, non-parent coaches.
Our staff brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience from the highest levels of collegiate hockey, including CWHL, NCAA D1, NCAA D3, ACHA D1, and USports. We leverage our deep networks and personal experiences to advocate for your player and guide them through the recruitment journey.

We are aggressively working towards cementing our status as a AAA / AA / Tier 1 program. We do not shy away from top-tier competition; our independent schedule ensures we consistently compete at a highly elevated level against established prep-hockey teams, Super League franchises, and Tier 1 organizations.
How does the program assist with collegiate recruiting?
Our coaching staff has direct experience navigating the NCAA and USports landscapes. We provide ongoing mentorship, leverage our personal networks to connect with collegiate scouts, and strategically schedule showcases to maximize player visibility. Do I have to enroll in the Academy to play for the Lady Wranglers?
The RELM Academy is a completely optional add-on for families seeking an immersive, daily athletic and academic prep environment. The core Lady Wranglers team program is highly robust on its own.
