KINGSTON/TORONTO – The culmination of months of early morning practices and hard-fought battles has arrived. This weekend, five teams from the Wranglers organization hit the ice for their final league championships, with titles on the line and trophies within reach.

From the bright lights of Toronto to the familiar ice of the Kinsmen Arena, the Wranglers are ready to leave it all on the rink.

KSL Championships: U8 & U9 Battle in Toronto
The youngest stars of the organization are in Toronto this weekend for the prestigious KSL Championship. Both the U8 and U9 squads face a grueling schedule of four round-robin games before seeding for Sunday’s finals.

U8 Wranglers Schedule:

Friday, March 20: 11:05 am vs. Dufferin Ducks

Friday, March 20: 4:50 pm vs. EO Young Kings West

Saturday, March 21: 8:00 am vs. JTE Hockey Club

Saturday, March 21: TBA vs. Northern Saints Black

U9 Wranglers Schedule:

Friday, March 20: 1:30 pm vs. SGB Riptide

Friday, March 20: 5:55 pm vs. Apex Avalanche

14U & 16U: Championship Glory in Sight
The 14U and 16U Wranglers are also deep in championship territory. The 14U squad faces a heavy Friday slate against tough competition from the Grand River and Hamilton regions, while the 16U team looks to shut down the Oxford Sabres and VC Academy to secure a high seed for the knockout rounds.

14U Friday: 8:00 am (Grand River Raiders) & 2:30 pm (Hamilton Ironmen)

14U Saturday: 11:00 am (London Cobras)

16U Friday: 12:45 pm (Oxford Sabres) & 8:00 pm (VC Academy)

Lady Wranglers: Home Ice Advantage
The Lady Wranglers are locked in a high-stakes three-set series against the Ontario Hockey Academy (OHA). After two games in Cornwall on Saturday, the series comes home to Kingston for a massive Sunday showdown.

Saturday, March 21: 10:30 am & 3:00 pm (@ OHA)

Sunday, March 22: 4:30 pm vs. OHA (Home at Kinsmen Arena)

The community is encouraged to head to the Kinsmen Arena this Sunday at 4:30 pm to loud and proud for the Lady Wranglers as they look to finish their season on a high note!
