Located in Kingston, Ontario, we are offer indoor baseball, indoor softball, indoor hockey training, and indoor golf. As a thank you for supporting our partners, we are excited to offer your athlete a complimentary skating analysis for your hockey player or a swing analysis for your ball player. After your session, our expert coaches will dissect your analysis with your athlete, highlighting development opportunities to improve their game. If you choose to book a training program at our Training Center, you will be offered a 15% discount on your program.
Skating Analysis
HDTS skating analysis is an AI-powered system that uses cameras on our skating treadmill to automatically analyze a hockey player's skating technique and identify areas for improvement. It provides coaches with a detailed report to create targeted training programs, which can include data-backed feedback on aspects like stride mechanics, stability, and efficiency.

Baseball Swing Analysis
HitTrax swing analysis uses a system to measure and display real-time data and high-speed video of a player's swing to provide immediate feedback for improvement. The analysis breaks down performance metrics like exit velocity and launch angle, and also includes a detailed biomechanical review of body movements, balance, and sequence, with tools like side-by-side video comparison for learning and correction.
