U16 A Champions
Congratulations to the U16 A Champs, the Osgoode-Richmond Romans!
The first period started out strong for the Osgoode-Richmond Romans scoring two goals within 12 seconds, both on the power play! With 3:37 left in the 1st, the Canucks score to break the lead in half! Into the second period, the Romans score two more goals to go up 4-1 over the Canucks. Quickly after the 4th goal, the Canucks answer back with a goal, again tearing the lead in half! The third period brings another goal for the Romans to go up 5-2. 9 seconds later, the Canucks answer the call and score to make it a 5-3 game. With 6:36 left in the third, Canucks gain momentum and score another goal to make it 5-4. Unfortunately, the Canucks come up short with the Romans taking the win, 5-4.
