Hockey Canada Certified Body Checking Clinic

Build Confidence, Enhance Safety, and Master the Physical Game.

Transitioning into contact hockey is a major milestone in a player's development. Our Hockey Canada Certified Body Checking Clinic, led by experienced instructor Ryan Thompson, is designed to teach players the fundamental skills of body contact and checking in a safe, controlled, and supportive environment.

This three-week program focuses on the technical aspects of giving and receiving a body check, emphasizing player safety, respect for the opponent, and building on-ice awareness. Whether your player is entering their first year of contact hockey or looking to refine their physical play, this clinic will equip them with the confidence they need to succeed and stay safe.
