Long Term Player Development Camp
We are excited to introduce a brand-new addition to our summer programming – the Long Term Player Development (LTPD) Camp! This unique, periodized and goal-based training program is designed to give players a structured progression model to maximize development over the summer.
Camp Features:
- Flexible Options for 6 Week Program
- 2 days/week: Mondays & Wednesdays
- 3 days/week: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
- 4 days/week: Monday through Thursday
- Comprehensive Training Program
- On-ice & off-ice testing with performance tracking
- Functional Movement Systems screening
- 2 hrs per day on-ice development sessions, progressing through each skill
- Off-ice workouts & strength training each day
- Skatemill training sessions each day
- Hockey IQ sessions (Video & Classroom Style Learning)
- Individualized Player Feedback
- Players will receive full testing results at the beginning and end of the program
- Review with our coaches to identify strengths, areas of improvement, and set clear goals
Dates: July 13 – August 28 (no training sessions July 27-31)
Who Can Join:
This program is open to players of all levels – from beginners to Pro/Junior/University athletes.
- Recommendations on frequency based on age:
- U10–U14 players: we recommend the 2 days per week option.
- U15-U16 players: we recommend 3 days per week option.
- U18, University, Pro players: we recommend 4 days per week option.
