As we roll into January, we are just over 100 days away from Tryouts! It is time to start levelling up your game and preparing for tryouts with RELM! Check out all the open program offerings, available to ALL players in any walk of the hockey journey!

• Tryout Prep Skates (2012-2016)
  • 3 month progrssion prep skate
  • On Ice (6 Sessions)
  • On Skatemills (6 Sessions)
  • Thursdays 6-7am
  • Cost:

• HDC Shooting Program (2009-2012 AAA/AA Players)
  • 3 Month (12-session) Shooting Progression to improve overall shot velocity & accuracy
  • Tuesdays 6-7pm
  • Limited to 6 players
  • Cost: $420+HST

• January Shoot Harder, Skate Faster Program (All Ages)
  • 4 Sessions
  • Shooting at our HDC with Off Ice Workouts specific to improving Shooting Muscles
  • Skating on our Skatemills
    • Week 1: Skating Analysis
    • Week 2-4: Shooting Mechanics + Skating Mechanics
  • Wednesdays 5-6pm
  • 10 Spots Remaning
  • Cost: $260+HST

• Baseline Analysis (All Ages)
  • Our baseline analysis is the starting point to improve your skating stride and your overall effiency.
  • The skating analysis is an individual player report to determine player priorities which will improve the overall efficiency of your player’s stride.
  • Cost: $50+HST

• Open Shooting Times (All Ages)
  • Come in to shoot pucks, without losing pucks and the damage to your garage doors!
  • You can shoot on skates or on your shoes, your choice!
