How It Works:
Capture: We utilize high-quality video and HitTrax technology to record every movement and metric in real-time.
Review: We move to the classroom for an in-depth breakdown of your data, identifying your strengths and specific areas for improvement.
Refine: Receive an edited video of your session along with a personalized development plan, including drills and digital resources to continue your development at home.

JANUARY SESSIONS
Unlimited Pass: Access to all 6 specialized sessions per week (Mon–Sat).
Class Packs (5 or 10): Use them whenever you want—mix and match "Wheelhouse Wednesdays" with "Smart Saturdays" to build your own custom curriculum.
Drop-Ins Available: Last-minute training is always welcome.
