Take your game to the next level with our 4-Week Acceleration Camp — a focused, high-energy training experience designed to help athletes improve quickly and have fun doing it!
Each session features small-group instruction with a maximum of 4 players per group, providing every athlete with individual attention, quality coaching, and plenty of reps to accelerate their development.
We’re excited to offer a couple of great ways to save:

5% Discount when you bring a group and fill a session with your teammates or friends
Please note: When registering, you are signing up for one specific tool and time slot (for example, 4:00–4:55 Softball Hitting 13–14U). Registration is limited to that session only and does not include drop-ins to other sessions, days, or times.

Velocity Program | Phase 1
Every Thursday
January 15 - February 12
Baseball (Hardball): 5:00-6:15pm
Softball (Fastpitch): 6:25-7:40pm
Unlock your full throwing/pitching potential with our evidence-based weighted ball velocity program, designed to help athletes develop efficient arm paths, arm strength, velocity and long-term durability.
This is a 10-week progressive system, broken into 2 phases, and is built around proven sports-science and best practices in performance and arm care — ensuring athletes not only throw harder but also stay healthier throughout the process.
The program is divided into two structured phases, each building on the other for maximum results. Completion of Phase 1 is required before moving into Phase 2, ensuring every athlete has the proper foundation to train safely and effectively.
If you’re serious about adding velocity the right way, this program is your next step toward becoming a stronger, more resilient thrower.
Ages: 13 and up
*After completion of both phases athletes will receive a structured throwing protocol, arm care routines and a year round strength and conditioning program.
Total Athlete Training (TAT)
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS ( JAN 5 - FEB 5 )

12-18 year olds
TAT is a comprehensive after-school performance program designed to help rotational sport athletes develop strength, speed, mobility, and mental resilience. The program is divided into two five-week phases that replicate the structure and intensity of a professional offseason.
Teach athletes how to balance training, recovery, and personal time—building habits that translate beyond sports. The program is designed for athletes who are committed to maximizing their potential and becoming the best versions of themselves on and off the field.
Athletes participate in two in-person performance sessions per week, with high school athletes receiving an additional take-home workout. These sessions target key areas such as strength development, acceleration mechanics, mental performance, and rest/recovery. In addition, high school participants have access to the Diamond Club Weight Room during open hours for supplemental training.
The most rewarding aspect of TAT is watching athletes take ownership of their development—learning how to manage school, sports, and recovery with discipline and purpose. The result is not only improved athletic performance, but also growth in leadership, time management, and personal responsibility.

Q: Do I need to be part of a RELM TEAM to train here?
A: No - Our programs are open to all athletes who want to improve their skills, fitness, or performance.
Q: Do you have teams or tied to an association?
A: No - Although we have great partnerships with associations, teams and coaches, we are not tied to any organization/association.
Q: Do you have rep/select teams?
A: No - We do not have baseball/softball teams. We are solely focused on the overall development of each player.
Q: Do you offer team training or partnerships with organizations/associations?
A: YES! We partner with clubs, schools, and community programs to deliver group training sessions, preseason conditioning, or full performance programs customized to the team’s needs.
Q: What Ages do you train?
A: We work with athletes of all ages — from youth and high school players to collegiate and adult athletes. Each training group is structured to match skill level and age for safety and progress.
Q: What kind of training do you offer?
A: We offer position-specific skills training, hitting, pitching, catching, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, , and customized performance programs for both in-season and off-season athletes.
Q: What should I bring to my session?
A: All equipment; bat, glove, helmet, batting gloves, catchers gear. Tennis Shoes - NO METAL CLEATS!
