Located at 1325 Centennial Dr (Unit #17) in Kingston, RELM HDC is a cutting-edge facility and the official Educational Centre for HDTS North America. We provide an unmatched environment for athletes to refine their skills, featuring our signature Fusion Skating & Shooting Zone equipped with two advanced skatemills.

Flexible Ways to Train
We believe top-tier training should be accessible on your terms. Whether you are looking for a comprehensive athletic lifestyle or targeted hockey training, we have a pathway for you. We offer a full suite of athletic testing including comprehensive skating analysis, energy systems testing, Functional Movement Systems screening, off-ice testing, and on-ice testing. Once testing is completed, we will work with each athlete to design a customized program and development plan with a schedule to deliver effective training.

Athletes are offered three ways to train with us:
- RELM Sports Passport which is a flexible membership for our full training center enabling multi-sport athletes to maximize their training. This option is designed for multi-sport athletes who can access our hockey baseball/softball, and golf facilities. It includes personalized development programing, lessons, clinics, weight room, and special member pricing at our lowest per session cost.
- Hockey Development Centre Subscription for athletes interested in improving hockey skills with personalized development programing. This option includes access to our skatemills, shooting zones, lessons, and clinics.
- Pay-as-you-go options for training on our skatemills, shooting zones, lessons and clinics without a commitment.

RELM Sports Passport
RELM Sports Training Center Passport
Our Training Center Passport is designed for multi-sport athletes who want to maximize their training. We offer three levels of access to our Training Center with flexibility for athletes to adjust their training each month across hockey, baseball/softball, golf, and weight room training.
How it works:
You purchase a monthly bank of credits and use them for hockey, baseball/softball, or golf.

Our Hockey Development Center Subscription is designed reward more training hours with lower pricing per session to maximize their training. We offer three levels of access to our Hockey Development Center subscriptions with flexibility for athletes to adjust their training each month.

If you havent visited us before, some GPS's take you to FruLac, our building is directly accross from the Holiday Inn Parking Lot. We are actively working to fix this on Google, but adjustments have not been made on Google's end.
