RELM Hockey Development Centre (HDC) is a cutting-edge facility specializing in hockey training, distinguished for its innovative methodologies. It features two advanced skatemills in the Fusion Skating & Shooting Zone, creating an unmatched environment for athletes to refine their skating and shooting skills. We have experienced and certified coaches who have designed our performance pathway to fit parents and players needs for player development. Committed to nurturing talent and performance, HDC Kingston is an indispensable destination for aspiring hockey players aiming for excellence on the ice.
Located at 1325 Centennial Dr, Kingston inside of Unit #17, our Hockey Development Centre (HDC) is the Educational Centre for HDTS North America. We are excited to offer our brand new Performance Pathway for hockey players of all ages and calibre.
If you havent visted us before, some GPS's take you to FruLac, our building is directly accross from the Holiday Inn Parking Lot. We are actively working to fix this on Google, but adjustments have not been made on Google's end.

Player Performance Pathway
Baseline Analysis - $50 + HST
Register today for a baseline skating analysis and take the first step in tailoring an individualized, data-driven skating plan.
In just 1, one-on-one sessions, we’ll utilize our Hockey Development Training System to assess mechanics and form related to skating stride and technique. Players will be introduced to our state-of-the-art Skatemill equipment, perform a skating assessments on our fully synthetic surface. Your player will be introduced to our skating analysis for our coaches to fully diagnose and analyze your player's insufficiencies and areas of improvement.
After the analysis is complete, we’ll sit down with the player and family and assess strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, incorporating both coach and data-backed feedback. Most importantly, we’ll show you our RELM-Trained Player Performance Pathway and help shape a development journey that gets your player on the path to unlocking his or her full potential.
Standard Development Program - $65+HST
Action your baseline analysis, expand your hockey skills and become a RELM-trained player.
With our Standard Development Program, families are able to take the insights gained from our Hockey Development Training System and register for any open training slots that fit into their schedule. Training can be scheduled at your convenience, for as many training sessions as you would like, as part of a Standard Development Program. This program will be presented by any of our HDC Certified coaches, which are available at the time of your training.

Personalized Development Program - $750.00 ($75+HST Per Session)
Set measurable goals, add the next level of structure to your hockey journey, and work in lockstep with our coaches to build your own personalized development plan.
Our Personalized Development Program is tailored to receive consistent coaching, and assess progress based on a program tailored to the individual's strengths, weaknesses, and general improvement areas. This program is designed as a condensed 10-session program typically twice per week to maximize player results while focusing on specific priorities identified through our baseline analysis.
RELM HDC Membership - $500+HST per month
