Director of Programs
CJ Madison, originally from Stirling, Ontario and now based in Kingston, has dedicated her life to the game of hockey—as a player, coach, mentor, and referee. A former standout at Liberty University, CJ played ACHA Division 1 hockey from 2014 to 2019, winning three National Championships and earning five First Team All-American honors. She also served as assistant captain in her senior and super-senior seasons. Prior to that, she played in the PWHL with the Whitby Jr. Wolves, winning a league title in 2014.
Since 2015, CJ has been a key part of the RELM Sports team, helping to lead spring programs, development camps, and skills sessions. Her coaching experience includes roles with Team Wisconsin, the Fond du Lac Warbirds, and Sheboygan Lakers, and she is a USA Hockey Level 3 certified coach and referee. Off the ice, she holds a business degree from Liberty and a Master’s from Lakeland University.
Passionate about giving back to the sport that shaped her, CJ brings energy, leadership, and experience to every player she works with—empowering the next generation through skill development and mentorship.
