Nolan Lalonde as a key member of our Goalie Development Pathway. With experience at the
OHL and AHL levels, Nolan brings a wealth of knowledge, elite-level skill, and a deep understanding of what it takes to perform under pressure in the crease.
This summer, Nolan will be leading exclusive 6-week on-ice goalie training sessions, focused on building technical precision, game IQ, and next-level goaltending confidence.

“Lonzo”—Nolan Lalonde’s nickname on the ice—is now also the name behind RELM’s cutting-edge goalie development program. Stopping the Puck with Lonzo is designed for goaltenders serious about leveling up every aspect of their game, both physically and mentally.
Led by Lalonde himself, this innovative program blends technical training, video breakdowns, and virtual reality (VR) through Sense Arena, giving goalies the tools to think, react, and play like the pros.
