The 2010's were back in action yet again with day 3, how did they do? Find out here.
The 2010 squad played the Royals yesterday at 10:15 am and were prepared for a battle, and were met with just that. A strong royals team came out of the gate with a 2-0 lead to finish the 1st period but the team wasn't ready to quit just yet. They fought hard throughout the game to try and get something going but just couldn't get one behind the Royals goaltender. The relentless Royals made a late game push to tack on a pile of goals handing our squad a final score of 9-0.
Coach Joey Musa would say post-game "We're not discouraged by this result, they were a strong team but we kept it close throughout the game and it shows a ton of promise headed into tomorrow."
The 2010's will be back at it when they play the Atlantic Prospects again (4-3 SOW) at 11:30 am today.
