2007 RELM Recap - Sunshine Cup Day 2
The 2007 lads had their second game in Sunshine Cup action yesterday. Here is how they fared.
Their second game of the tournament would see them take on the Flying Leonards at 5:00 pm. The boys hungry for their second win would be met by a high skilled and hard working team as they would put the squad down 2-0 by the end of the period. The squad would battle hard but couldn't make a presence in the offensive zone as a defensively ready Leondards team would shut it down. The team would try a few other things looking to find their groove but would be unable to going down 7-0 by the final buzzer.
It wasn't all negatives though as the team grew closer together after facing adversity throughout the game and are now looking forward to their next fight when they take on the Atlantic Prospects at 5:00 pm and the Jake Allen Prospects 8:15 pm tonight.
